After taking her first beginning meditation class in 1998, Lynae Riding couldn’t imagine her life without the knowledge she had gained. She made a commitment to understand herself better and grow, beginning her journey as a professional intuitive in 2000. Through her training, Lynae has learned how to see others for who they are—and not their problems—by seeing their backstories and dreams as a means of providing them with the awareness necessary to help them move forward. She found the more she built trust with others as they moved forward in their lives, Lynae was moving on her own life’s path as well.

Lynae founded Serenae, LLC with the goal of teaching students meditation tools to aid them in their inner journeys. Through her knowledge of art and storytelling, along with her experience in teaching and practicing meditation, Lynae has helped many people value their struggles as part of their life story. By helping people see one another as magnificent potential rather than define each other with labels and the sources of their problems, Lynae is able to guide people into getting a handle on the only thing they have any power over: the Self.

Serenae is structured as a compassionate, personal process of the Self. People are more concerned with what they have contributed to this world than what they have received, and they want their story to be alive in the hearts of their loved ones.
